Chandlers Oil & Gas Terms & Conditions for monthly competition
- This prize draw is open to customers, based within our delivery area and aged 18 years or over
- One entry per household per calandar month
- One customer drawn at random will receive a choice of 500 litres of Kerosene, Keromax, Aga Fuel or Gas oil.
- The winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing dates which is the last day of each month at 23.59
- The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone and their name and the name of the Town/Village where they live may be published. The winner(s) will be notified within seven days of the published closing date of the prize draw.
- All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
- English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail. The Promoter is Chandlers Oil & Gas.
- The prize will be delivered subject to our standard terms & conditions to the winner's home address within 6 months of notification. Any remaining amount will be non-claimable thereafter.
